Horrible experience at this restaurant. When we went to be seated they asked if we would sit out side, we asked how it was outside (since we just got out of the vehicle in the garage and this would be our first time outside since we arrived at AC at 10pm). We were told there was no wind and it was warm out. Well neither were true. We ended up freezing outside constantly chasing things that flew off the table. We asked to go inside to one of the open tables that were empty for over 30 minutes but the waiter flat out said that if he did that he wouldn't get a tip and refused to let us move. Not only was that bad enough, but the service he provided was absolutely horrible. We never got a refill and I had to ask other waitresses for refills and the check. We waited 35 minutes for our app and an hour for our meals. This is the first hard rock I ever had an issue with and it was enough that I will most likely find somewhere else to eat next time.
