I will NEVER return. My friend and I were told that the slot machine was too loud and had to turn it down. The person who complained was a person working in the player's club. My friend complained to the manager and was told that no one had the right to tell us to turn the slot machine down. A group of 20 members are going with me to Biloxi next month. I am paying their way with the understanding that no one can go to the Palace Casino. You have lost a customer at this mediocre casino. The response from the owner was the exact same response my friend received. Its is just an automated response. No real concern for the patrons.
