The staff at this spa was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was part of a group of six, and we had our appointments booked months ahead of time. When we arrived, the people at the front desk were flustered and acted like they didn’t know we were coming. They didn’t direct us to our services, and we ended up starting late because of their disorganization. Our locker numbers were written down for us on a piece of Kleenex, and we weren’t directed to the locker room until we asked someone to take us there. Our services (massages, facials, pedicures) were cut short by 30 minutes because of the late start (again, we all arrived early/on time). One worker was mad that she had to stay to cover for another, and she was complaining and cursing about it IN FRONT OF US, and then called us back for the pedicures. The women who did the pedicures clearly did not want to be there and acted as if we were an inconvenience. Nobody showed us any of the other spa amenities. They had no problem charging us full price for our shortened massages and pedicures, although they obviously didn’t want us there. I would NEVER recommend this spa.
