Probably the worst customer service I have had. I brought in a back back multiple times. One evening they decide to do a bag check. The guy asked to see what was in my bag so I put the contents on the floor from the bag so the contents were visible. He didn't like my attitude and told me to leave. I left and went back another night because this scenario was an one time thing.
The second time I went in, the same security guard asked to see my ID. I gave it to him but he was doing something different. He was looking at at and clicking a this computer mouse. This was untypical so I grabbed my I'd back and left. He was standing with it on the desk for a while. When I went to talk to the security manager he said he agreed with his security staff to ask me to leave and when I asked about my ID, he said the guard was trying to put a year ban on my presence at the casino. It is already over a year since the first situation.
