Do NOT go to this casino. If you do, make sure you cash out your vouchers or big bills with a cashier and not from one of their cash machines. Their machines give out fake money! My boyfriend put a $100 bill into one of their cash machines to break it down into twenties about twenty minutes after we got there and the machine gave him four real bills and one fake bill. He took it to the front desk to tell them what happened thinking they would be able to watch the cameras and see that he was telling the truth and exchange the fake for a real bill and they said even if they could prove without a doubt that he got the money from their machine that they still couldn't reimburse us because "then the casino would be $20 short." The casino...a business that is a million dollar industry...would be short...twenty dollars?? The woman behind the cashier's desk kept saying that it was impossible to get a fake from that machine so she was implying that we fabricated it ourselves but let me ask one question, if we managed to somehow create a fake $20 bill why in God's name would we try to pass it off at a CASINO? Wouldn't it make more sense to take it to a gas station or someplace where money is not rigorously checked and you don't stand as much chance of getting arrested? There was even a police officer there who said he had seen these machines give out fake bills before and even though he said he believed us that there was still nothing that could be done. We tried to take the bill back because we were going to take it to the police station but they said once it's turned in it is illegal to give back out so then we said we wanted the police to come there and that's when the officer already standing there told us he was a police officer and that there was nothing we could do except get screwed out of our own money because whoever loaded that cash machine last did not do their job. It was just $20 with us but what if it's a hundred with the next person? This was last weekend and I am still irate over this, I do not like being robbed no matter what the amount is so if you must step foot into this place check all your money before walking away from the cashier and do NOT use their machines, the line at the cashier's stand is worth the wait because at least they have to hand you real money.
