I was excited to go to the new Soboba Casino until I walked in. Many of the slot machines weren't on line yet. The ratio was about 4 to 1. Four people waiting to play 1 slot machine. It was very frustrating. People were walking around trying to find a slot machine. I went to the restaurant for some food. I waited a hour for a burger and a salad. Although the food was good I became even more frustrated. My wife did not go to the restaurant she continued to play. Later on my Wife needed to go to the bathroom and no attendant would watch her slot machine. A hour later when I arrived I watched my Wife's slot machine while she went to the restroom only to realize she ran out of money while waiting for me. The slot machine was idle for a hour. While I was waiting for my Wife to return from the bathroom, two Slot Techs kicked me off the slot machine because it was idle. I told them I would play until my Wife comes back. They said no you must get off the slot machine. I was beyond angry. I got up yelling and cussing. I cancelled my room reservation and I will never return to Soboba Casino again. They are too many nice Indian Casinos in California who will treat you like gold.
