Me and my fiancé purchased a room for a 4-night stay and came to enjoy brunch at about 2:45PM. Brunch closes at 3pm. After waiting for about ten minutes without being greeted or seated I waved to initiate some acknowledgement that we were in fact standing there. A gentlemen came over and said we had about ten minutes left for brunch and proceeded to seat us. About 60 seconds later Nadine approached us and told us that we could not be seated for brunch and had to wait an additional ten minutes to order from the full menu She was very rude and abrasive and proceeded to tell us we had to wait 10 minutes before we could be seated even though we were about to be seated. Management intervened and gave us $20 off our meal which was not enough from my opinion.
