Well if you are looking for a hotel with service, please excuse yourself from the good old Harrahs Hotel and Casino. This casino used to be a fine establishment but it looks like the years have worn on it. We arrived and I expected to get some 5 star service and this was not the case. I called down to see if in room dining was open, to bring us up two nice glasses for our quality bottles of wine and a corkscrew opener, only to find out they do not open until 5pm. My next item of business was seeing if I could get my Tux pressed; and housekeeping just laughed at me after I was on hold and transferred 2 times. I asked do you have a steamer and she said, “Years ago we did.” I guess I will look out the window and stare at the beautiful majestic lake and dream I was at a more service oriented palatable hotel, one where the service matched the view.
