Edit: since this comment they have served prime rib every Monday and have had flank steak the rest of the week with some variation on other items. Keep up the good work.
My coworkers and I eat here two to three times a week for lunch and the lack of beef on the carving station makes this a mediocre buffet. It is a shot in the dark to pick a day with beef on the carving station. Most always it is ham and turkey. There should always be a beef choice daily at the carving station. The other food is good but doesn't vary much from day to day. There is always a baked fish, vegetables and a pasta bar.
