Made reservations made it clear during that time that we would be arriving with Service Dog and another in TRAINING . When we arrived situation had completely changed. Wouldn't expect ID CARD with picture of dog on it, only wanted paper certificate ( who carries those anymore) plus dogs in TRAINING aren't Certified yet how can they be they are in TRAINING. So after a 3 hr. drive we had to go some where else for our get away. Not that this was totally bad since waterpark was closed, they booked us for the wrong room, patio doors wouldn't have opened for access to the outside for the dog's, restaurants were all closed also but One. Seriously for 160$a night bc we. Weren't using any coupons
