Amazing Trip, Lucky Casino
Had an amazing week long trip on Celebrity Apex thanks to URComped! Casino was fruitful and saw alot of winning happening not just us but all over as well.

Perfection
Apex is a beautiful ship. The public areas as well as the cabins are esthetically pleasing. The staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. The cuisine is varied and delicious. The casino has a good variety of machines and is smoke free! That alone made the casino experience much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Celebrity Apex.

Fun in the Sun
I really liked the staff in the casino, more newer games, good wait staff who did not harass you to get drinks but were around when you needed a free drink. The hours were pretty good except one day when the casino opened at 12:30 am.

Good Food, Good Times and Good Slots
Ship style and entertainment….different from other cruise ships which we both enjoyed. Captain and crew were very friendly and easy to reach. Shawna Cruise Director and her staff were terrific! Harry Casino Mgr was friendly but extremely busy since ship was at full capacity and weather for the first 4 days was not typical for the Caribbean. Wind and rain forced almost everyone indoors making the casino more crowded.
No Jackpots but 4 nice line hits….$1K, $900, $700 and $600 making this trip a wash.

Great Ship - Ultimate X Video Poker too Expensive
First time on Celebrity and we loved it overall. Since this is a casino site I will say they had 10 multi game video poker machines that offered my favorite game, Ultimate X but the lowest denomination was 25 cents making the minimum bet on Ultimate X $7.50 per spin at 3 games and $12.50 per spin at 5 games. They need to offer lower denominations on this game. Also they don't offer Spin Poker anywhere in the casino which they can add to the existing multi game machines.
Another thing I did not like and have never seen before is that on 9 of the 10 video poker machines the cards are automatically held by the machine for you when the hand is dealt. This may be helpful to people who do not know how to play video poker but that turns video poker into a slot machine in my opinion and takes away the fun of having to use skill. They probably do this to get you to play faster since these machines had the worst odds of any video poker machines I have seen.

The staff is amazing The very definition of customer service. Cruise director and staff has lots of fun activities. Beautiful shoo, excellent food. Apex sets the standard for cruise ships

Thanks Tyler !! We had an amazing time on the Apex.. Beautiful ship loved the Infinity Balcony !! The food was good in both the buffet and the dining rooms . Didn't do much in the casino but had a great time !!

Thanksgiving Meet Up on APEX A+++++++++++++
WOW! I loved this ship and can't wait to return. I paid for an upgrade to a Celebrity Suite. Everything about it was phenomenal, butler, The Retreat Lounge and The Retreat Restaurant, Raw on 5, Martini Bar, the food and the service---all superior. Jessica the URComped host was fantastic. She arranged a lot of on board activities for the group. I met some people I will keep in touch with. The only complaint was the casino does not have any high limit machines. There was only one dollar machine that could also spin $2 and $5. There were plenty of 25 cent and penny machines. I did find some video poker where you could place much higher bets from $25 to $100. The casino manager, Sylvia, was a dream. Love this ship despite my slight criticism of the casino. The manager said they are working to get a bank of high limit machines installed.

I absolutely loved the balcony!!! The staff was great!! The solarium was wonderful!
There is no bar in the casino & it was very difficult to get a drink while gaming, I had to talk to a supervisor 3 times about it. The slots were very very tight, the card table minimus were to high.
I didn’t like how we were sat in the resteraunt at dinner, we were sat a a table for two so close to the tables beside us it was like a table for 4, there was no privacy and my husband has hearing aides and it was very difficult for us to talk because the people beside us were very loud. After trying the different resteraunts and this happening in all of them we jut ate in the buffett ( there were plenty of open tables to sit spaced out) also the food was not that good & not many choices.
The shows were in a few small venues so you couldn’t see.
Returning home the captain refused to use the stabilizers so we rolled from side to side for 2 days & it wasn’t really bad but I was seasick for the 2 days. I cruised in a hurricane before & wasn’t sick because the captain did a good job with our safety.
Overall this was the first cruise I couldn’t wait to get home from in over 60 cruises.

Slow start then exceptional!
Everyone is always smiling and very helpful. Fantastic pool and service at the pool.
The casino is large but not a lot of different games. Didn’t pay very well. Spent more then I planned to but had a great time. Alfi and May in the casino were fabulous. Both are very personable and helpful! The casino host ….: not impressed. Couldn’t be bothered by slot player! She seemed to stay by table games where she would get tipped!
No bar in the casino!!! What???? Took forever to get a drink! Restaurants were decent but nothing to get overly excited about. Service was better in some than others.
Infinite veranda stateroom was wonderful. Had so many cubbie holes and drawers we didn’t fill them all! Breathtaking views and beaches! Definitely a trip you should do!!

This ship was a dream. It is beautiful, great size, crew was FANTASTIC, food was delicious and entertainment was great. Enjoyed the ports too. Can't wait to be able to go on her again.
