Good Short Itineraries + Great Casino Staff

Entertainment not as good as Some of the other lines, there was a few good options although. Food was excellent, no kids a plus, for the most part everything went smooth. As far as the casino, the Staff was great everything that was suppose to happen worked i.e Free Drinks at Casino and no fee for charging slot money to room, the Host Andreea, Casino Crew Marx and Fabian were awesome as well as most of the Drink Staff. No Smoking a Plus, they did have some Slots in Smoking Room. Although we like to gamble there was only a few machines maybe 110 in number plus plenty of tables, I think we would be willing to jump on a 4 or 5 day cruise again.

Halloween party

We loved this cruise, the atmosphere was great, the quality of food was excellent, so many options to choose. The crew members were super friendly and helpful, casino is to small we have to wait in line for the machines. But we can’t complain, we have one of the best experience.

Interesting cruise for sure

Ship was like brand new was the cleanest best shape ship I’ve ever been on and that’s five different cruise lines. Staff was super chill. Super helpful little bit more than other cruise lines casino had some nice variety of slot machines, but was a bit limited on cards, not a blackjack fan so that limited me to only one table of three card poker Spent 34 hours a night playing was great the people there were awesome if you could get on the table, no one would leave

Food and service was wonderful. Casino is too small and not many tables. For every 11 lost hand I won back one hand. Can’t win day after day and at the fifth nights I realized trying to get back my loss would not happen at all.

This ship itself is awesome ...crew..food..etc...however .the casino sucks.. Period. I will not shell out $1500.. for it to pay nothing.. Most of my money was gone the first two days of the cruise. I did not see any jackpot winners anywhere..

This ship is amazing , cabins are roomy except for the bathroom.. ship is immaculate and well decorated, crew is phenomenal and friendly.. eateries are accommodating and well staffed.. overall 5 stars plus.. well done sir Richard ❤️

Small casino, attentive staff

I was surprised by the size of the casino and lack of table games, but it did not seem too overwhelmingly busy on most nights. No major payouts that I noticed and my games (Miss Kitty / Buffalo) only paid out sparingly. The staff, though, was incredible in service and helping with a very antiquated system they had (to transfer money , etc.)

PERFECT CRUISE!!

Beautiful decor, very classy ship with over the top incredible food, wonderful shows and by far the nicest, most warm and inviting Casino Host Olga..she is by far the most kind and interactive host I've ever encountered. There is so much to do onboard that it's hard to do and see it all however I was in the Casino every night for hours and each night Olga would stop by to chat, ask if she could get me anything etc. Her employees in the casino have great personalities as well..Maria, Michelle, Agui all so wonderful..just can't say enough nice things about the comfort level of the Casino!

Loved It

Loved the fun and knowledgeable casino staff. Great Craps table. Casino was big enough to have room to play all the time, but small enough that the dealers knew your name after a few days. Drink staff came around at a good pace. I played mostly Craps and Texas Hold Em Cruise ship was awesome. Lots of options for fine dining, multiple gourmet coffee bars, galley is open for late night breakfast at 3 a.m. after we close down the casino. Room was great. Plenty of space. Mood lighting was neat. I highly recommend.

Excellent!

This was my first cruise on Virgin. I especially loved that the staff could be themselves and wasn’t prescribed to be stuffy like a traditional cruise ship. I’m not a big foodie, however what I ate was good. Sometimes they tried to hard to be fancy. My room was cleaned daily and again the staff was incredible. The shows were good, wish there were more. Will cruise again!

Food was phenomenal

Loved all the restaurants- dinners were all five star affairs. The only dislike was the music constantly playing throughout the ship - too loud and mostly what I would describe as techno. We noticed that the officers (including the captain) do not wear uniforms making it difficult to tell who’s who.

Overall Great Cruise Line. The Casino Needs Some Ironing Out.

Pretty amazing new ship, friendly crew. Wonderful food and terrace cabin. Had a great time with my mom. The drink service in the casino is basically non-existent- I had to self serve for most of my playing time at the center upstairs bar. Forget having your drink comped, even if you are a black chip player. No fair blackjack games aboard- all pay 6:5 on blackjack instead of 3:2. Also the wrist bands they used didn't record my slot/VP play, which hurt my daily average. All in all I'd cruise with Virgin again, but forget playing here if you're a blackjack player who does not enjoy lighting their wallet on fire with the poor 6:5 payout (and only double on 9,10,11! Madness!)

Not Your Usual Cruise Experience

I liked that the casino was never crowded so I could always the play slot machines I preferred. I also liked the gym layout and machines. The hammock on balcony was awesome. The Wake was 5 Star food and service. I loved that you didn’t have to rush off ship the last day. There needed to be more entertainment options including a comedian. The cabin/bathroom was too small for 2 people.

Totally completely different concept, it was like being in a 5 start hotel , doesn’t have the vibe of cruising, the restaurant , the crew the cleanliness, ship stores, no cruise directors screaming every 5 min for a next deal , no one telling the crew what to do , embarking and de barking amazing , the rooms incredible , the toilet perfect for mens

We have done many cruises with different lines. Never have we been treated so well by EVERY crew member in every department. Although the casino is small, the atmosphere was so much fun! From the food, the stateroom, entertainment and Bimini this is one not to be missed.

A great time on Scarlet Lady

We just got back today from our cruise on Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady and we had the best time! The casino staff was so helpful, nice and fun! Our host, Alina and bar tender Sa were wonderful! There were plenty of great slot machines and we were always able to find a seat at the blackjack tables. Hit a few little jackpots and overall a great time was had. Would love to cruise on Virgin Voyages again!

A step above the rest

My wife and I went on a back to back cruise and so glad I did, so I could see it all. The casino staff were wonderful, the host the casino manager, dealers and bar staff. They all came to say goodbye, the casino manager gave us a bottle of wine up to $100 for a dinner and every top shelf drink was comped. We tipped and played for them, and they were very appreciative. A great experience, even when losing.

I have been on over 35 cruises and this ship was by far the best one. Very relaxing because no kids allowed. Excellent food, really clean and quality all the way. Cant wait to go back!

Everything about the Scarlet Lady won me over! The nautical bracelet in place of the key card works beautifully. The cabins are arranged so there is a path from the door to the terrace. Plenty of room for two sailors. The tablet operated curtains, lights, and tv are fun and innovative. The entertainment is first rate with the right touch of naughty. Then there is the food. I have never had this quality of food consistently anywhere. The service is laid back, friendly, and perfection. The casino was gorgeous with custom black tables, great lighting, and NO smoke! The dealers, managers, and staff could not have been better. They were invested in the guests and the games. The staff knew the games well. Dex, the Casino Manager, treated me like a Rock Star. I played mostly craps and had very good rolls, making the All Tall Smalls twice in one roll session! My slots were not as successful. Please, Please, Please I want to go again!

Too many things to list that I liked! From the check in, supercharged fantastic casino host(Dex), ridiculously delicious restaurants, passionate service throughout,unique and provocative shows, to the relaxed departure, the Virgin experience is second to none!This is a completely different and mature cruise for the grown and sexy. A must on the list of cruises!

Expectations Exceeded!

The casino 🎰 is small, but the staff is mighty!!!! I cannot express enough how great the casino staff was - From the Manager, pit boss and host to the bar staff - everyone was perfection. Casino itself is classy, sleek and sexy (black & red color scheme). Ship sailed about 1/3 full, so no issues getting a seat or machine. No smoking 🚭 was a huge bonus for me! The ship 🚢 itself is also great, restaurants were yummy and ports were pleasant. Shows could use some improvement- but let’s be honest- in this group, we don’t sail for the shows 🤷🏻‍♀️

Amazing ship and crew

Ship is beautiful. Crew is spectacular. Casino is a tad small but there weren’t a ton of people gambling while we were on. They have different slots and some oldies but goodies. A few table games as well. Casino staff including bar staff was AMAZING. They were very accommodating and personable. Hosts Dex, Olga, Cristian. Bar - Michael, Vladaslav, Nervina, Alex and entire bar staff! Food on this ship is OUTSTANDING. So many choices. Pool is small. Tons of cool places to lounge, sit and just relax. Love having free WiFi and pop anytime for free. Love that the crew can just be them and as passengers we can be us. Fun time. Hope to sail on this beautiful ship again. THANK YOU, URCOMPED AND VIRGIN VOYAGES

1st trip Scarlet Lady

She's is simple yet sleek! The rooms are small but who spends much time in their room. The TV has over 100 free movies available for viewing. The casino staff - Graeme, Cristian, Alex (bartender) and everyone else was amazing. When I walked into the casino, I was always greeted and offered a drink! I played the Piggies and video poker in the smoking room (very stinky) and everything else in the beautiful smoke free main casino. The tables weren't open as often as anyone would have liked due to staffing constraints. But when the dice were flying, we were having a blast! I was fortunate to hit a few small hits and one major. No taxable for me this trip. All in all, Virgin is a game changer for this cruiser! I LOVED it!

Oct 2021 Cruise Top notch service and food but Casino lacking

They are still new so they have some process improvements to work out in regards to embarkation at the port - it is a bit of a confusing mess. I can not say enough about the amazing food and restaurants on the ship (all free). All the staff was fantastic and eager to help. Their entertainment was lacking in options and what shows they did have sold out completely by the first day. Their private Beach Club at Bimini was absolutely amazing - they designed it perfect. My biggest disappointment was the casino (which is my favorite evening entertainment on a ship). The Casino itself is small. The slots they do have are VERY tight penny machines that pay lower line pays than most land casinos. The best machines I found were hidden away in a very hard to find smoking lounge. I don’t smoke but I mainly played in there at least those machine would occasionally hit a bonus. This room also had the only video poker machines on the ship. By being a Casino comp player I did get a purple tassel that I show to the casino bar waiters and they know not to charge me for drinks. Also I was able to charge slot play to my cabin without paying their standard 7% fee. There was no welcome card or small treat in the cabin to recognize us as Casino comps like what other lines do. Maybe they will start doing little things like that once they get more up and running.

The ships decor was fabulous, the food was fantastic, the video games and toys on the rooftop were so cool, the tablet that controlled everything from the curtains to the lights was awesome, the casino had a great variety of slots- very tight, the basic internet was basic. Excellent cruise! Thank you Jessica fir comped balcony cabin

Making Unique Ship Happen !

Scarlett Lady is Mermazing 🚢🧜🏻‍♀️🧜🏻‍♂️ The space is crisp and fun . The crew is new and excited . The rooms are fantastic and we love the hammock. The Food is over the top unique and delish make sure to eat at these restaurants Gumbae , Pink Aguave , Razzle Dazzle , Test Kitchen & The Wake for one brunch and one Dinner. The Casino is very small but fun .The casino bar is fantastic and staff as well.
