Casino Comp Questions with Craig Vol 17.

Does URComped have any Alaska Sailings/ West Coast sailings coming soon?

Yes, we do! Celebrity and Royal has both given us aggressive offers for Alaska sailings.

For the West coast from I would say that there are rumors that one of our partners may have more sailings coming from a West coast port next year. So stay tuned for that. It's early- nothing official- but it could be very exciting for you West coasters.

Does URComped work with Hard Rock casinos?

So all the HArd Rocks are individually franchised, although that's shifting. So the brand as a whole is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. All the casinos in Florida are all owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. However, there's a Hard Rock in Lake Tahoe that we work with, a Hard Rock in the Sacramento area that we are talking to, there's Hard Rock in Punta Cana. All three of those are run by different owners or different tribes. So yes and no. All the branches pay the Seminole Tribe to use the Hard Rock brand. All the Hard Rock casinos in Florida are owned by the same owners. But most of the ones around the country are not owned by the Seminole tribe- they have different owners. However, it has been said for a while and we've heard some pretty credible word that all the casinos will be moving to one card at some point in 2021.

Are there comp opportunities in foreign casinos?

Absolutely. We do work with Hard Rock Punta Cana. We have worked with Baha Mar in the past. We've worked mainly with casinos in the Caribbean. We've actually gotten reached out to by a casino in Armenia one time and made arrangements for somebody in Monte Carlo once.  Most of our strong relationships are in the Caribbean. But absolutely, it's not just domestic. If somebody calls and they are a million-dollar player asking us to help open the door somewhere, we would put in the legwork to make it happen. So our strongest ties with land-based casinos are in the US or the Caribbean, but, you know, we can make magic happen.

Will cruises sail in December 2020? What can players do to be proactive about cancellations?

We don't want to speculate too much. But we believe that the cruise lines will probably not launch with their whole fleet. We believe they will start in December, but it's just a matter of which ships will go. You can look at the offers that are on URComped, because those are what we get from the cruise lines (which could be a good hint of what the casino department is thinking.) But again, nothing is official until it's official.

You can't proactively get a refund, or get what you've spent converted 125% future cruise credit until your cruise is canceled. I think it would be a good idea if you really want to go out in December, January, February, to look at the offers that we have on our site. And if you see a sailing you're booked on, is not on the site then maybe you could proactively move your sailing over to one that is. I would say that the ships that we are promoting are probably a higher probability of going out than ones that we aren't but again, that is definitely not definitive.
