Craig is a veteran of the casino and cruise industry and co-founder of URComped. When not in the URComped office or on a cruise, Craig enjoys barbecuing and spending time with his three young sons and lovely wife, Suellen (whom he met when they both worked at a casino in Lake Tahoe). Cale
Founder

Cale is the tech Co-founder of URComped, and has a background building large scale databases and integrations for the aviation industry. Cale was introduced to Craig and began a project in the fun and exciting casino travel space. When Cale isn’t huddled in a dark corner of the office programming, he can be found brewing beer, keeping bees, or traveling the US with his lovely wife, Jennifer, and their two dogs Tucker and Fred.

Tyler
Executive Host

He is very cool. 👍 😎 Tyler is URComped's Sales Team Manager. He started in early 2018 and is full of jokes and always positive. He enjoys interacting and building relationships with all of his players. When he isn’t crushing it at work, he enjoys spending time exploring the city, going to breweries and going to the movies. He is an avid video gamer and sports enthusiast! (GO BLUE / GUNS UP)

Lexi
Executive Host

Lexi has been with URComped since 2018 and hasn't looked back. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring nature, creating art, reading good books, going to the movies, cooking delicious meals, going on brewery and winery tours, & playing with her rescue dog Ollie. Her favorite ports (so far) are Aruba and Curacao.

Jessica joined the URComped team in August 2018 and has cherished every moment as an Executive Host. As a Houston native with roots in Memphis, TN, she proudly represents her alma mater, the University of Memphis Tigers. Outside of work, Jessica is a self-proclaimed foodie and travel enthusiast, volunteers in her community, and finds joy in dancing (she never misses the Silent disco 😄) Favorite port: Bermuda

Katie, URComped’s Sr. Marketing Manager, is from Rogers, Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BA in Marketing. Katie has been involved in planning and management across a diverse range, including weddings, tournaments, fundraisers, auctions, seminar dining events, sports camps, and child development classes. She loves traveling, trying new things, and exploring new places! Favorite Port: Curacao

Joel has been filming and editing videos for URComped since 2019, and is now the Production and Content Coordinator. He attended Greenhill School in his native Dallas before studying Communications at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. When Joel is not behind the camera, he is acting on stage all over the metroplex. Keep The Blue Flag Flying High!

Natalie is URComped's Marketing Coordinator and newest addition to the marketing team. She is a native Texan and graduate of Texas Tech University with a BA in Business Marketing. Go Red Raiders! Natalie loves all things creative and finds fulfillment in writing, structuring ad campaigns, and designing games and hype videos. After work, you can find her buried in various art projects, hiking, playing video games, and shopping with friends. Travel bucket list: Barcelona, Athens & Tokyo.

Jack is a Senior Software Developer at URComped! Though many-a-day are spent between the digital lines, he also enjoys the outdoors! Outside of work, Jack runs a wiffle ball league based in Frisco called the Texas Wiffle Ball League which has been around since 2012! If you don't find him tucked behind a computer or at the fields, Jack is probably skiing, hiking, or spending quality time with his family, his girlfriend Elizabeth, and his 2-year-old golden retriever, Finley!

JD is a Software Developer at URComped! He graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor's in Economics, and was a proud saxophone member of the Longhorn Marching Band for 4 years! Outside of his coding cave, JD enjoys playing the sax, reading books, playing games, and going golfing!
