My colleagues and I went to this restaurant and reserved last minute during the busiest time in Vegas - CES conference. Let's start with the greeting.. - they accommodated a party of 8 within 45 minutes. When we arrived we waited about 10 minutes but we were seated pretty quickly in a good location - servers were extremely attentive. Our server explained things on the menu and gave advice on what we can share - very casual and relaxed ambiance but still somewhat upscale - Food was delicious. It was a unique experience to cook meat on a hot rock! - When the bill came, we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as expensive as we thought for a party of 8 (we went through two rounds of orders). All I can say is, the food was outstanding and I wasn't the only one saying this. My colleagues were impressed. My favorite was the sea bass on skewer, the marinated vegie skewer and the mushroom. I love seafood and veggies. I would absolutely come back to this restaurant and recommend it.

Awesome all day brunch. Prices surprisingly reasonable considering its inside a casino. Best coffee we had in a casino. Very happily surprised.

I've been here a number of times over many years. They have good quality fish. It's easy and fresh. The bartenders and staff are friendly and talkative. they have a great selection and a great lounge and dinner area to eat at. They have tons of sake and some Japanese whiskey. if you like anything of the sort it's a great place to hang out.

We wanted to have a nice dinner at the Mirage before the Beatles Love show. The chefs special plate of sushi and sashimi was very tasty and well presented. The salmon and tuna were especially good, fresh and flavorful. Cocktails were a bit pricey and overdone, but overall a great meal.

as there were only 4 of us in the restaurant, there was a party scheduled at 7 for the entire place, so we had both an excellent meal and outstanding service. The chef came out to speak w/ us, turns out he's also a Jersey boy, but from south Jersey. While I had the salmon, after talking w/ the chef would order the duck the next time. David our server was excellent. Menu offered both "traditional" Japanese, but also a variety of other American meals.
