[ ] Wow factor
Nothing wowed me where I have to come back.
I had a special they were doing with a fillet and lobster. The lobster was okay, nothing to write home about but the fillet was the best steak I've ever had in my life! So so so good! And the house made steak sauce was incredible! Highly recommended!
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Presentation was appealing. The steak was cooked to our liking perfectly. Service was outstanding with Diego as our server. Only qualm was dessert took a little longer than expected.
Not a good steak house. Long bone-in prime rib was bland and filet was underwhelming. Sides were good as were the appetizers (with the exception the beef jerky). Service was good but they completely forgot one of the entrees. Atmosphere was fair. Overall, not a good value for your money. Spent $800 for 5 guests... and was not impressed.
I was disappointed in the atmosphere as I was expecting fine dining. I did not appreciate sitting next to people with shorts and flip flops on as if Strip House is a casual restaurant. My steak was overcooked and my lobster was cold. When I mentioned this my lobster was returned hot but rubbery as if it was put into a microwave. For what is supposed to be fine dining I was gravely disappointed.
