Missing Image Of Flavors Buffet
Harrah's Gulf Coast is a nice hotel with fantastic views. The rooms are on the modern side with very comfortable beds for a well rested evening. The casino itself is on the smaller side but rather enjoyable. Steak and Shake is open 24 hours and the people there are amazingly friendly and helpful. The 1 star removal was for the front desk staff who checked us in. We knew going into the hotel that asking for a water facing room was a long shot but worth asking. We booked our hotel via 3rd party. Once we got there and I began to request the water facing room, I was immediately cut off mid sentence with a "we're completely sold out". Basically her way of getting me to stop talking. My hubby and i have both worked in the hospitality industry and know very well you say this to save the rooms for the high rollers and non-third party booking guests, but the way we were talked too was a little rude. As a matter of fact, just say exactly that instead of the blatant "we're sold out" lie....cause that parking garage was empty and so was the casino. Aside from that, this place is worth the visit and is definitely a nice little quiet home away from home.

Had a great stay. Staff was energetic and friendly. Very easy to find where you need to go, also has a 24/7 Steak-n-shake. Rooms are pretty spacious, gorgeous view (depends on the side of your room, got the gulf coast view), and have connecting room doors if you get two room side by side. The only major downside were the pillows and bed. The pillow we're as if they only stuff 1/4 of the pillow and fluffed it out, no support or any rigidness to it.

I love this hotel. I travel often (truck driver) whenever I'm in this are I stay here. The rooms are immaculate and modern. And priced very good. I don't gamble so I don't worry about the casino part. The food at the buffet is the best! Breakfast and dinner are awesome. The chefs are there cooking the food for the buffet in front of you. So you always get a hot meal. I'm never completely satisfied when I spend my money but at this hotel I am. Only bad thing I can say is you don't get a complimentary breakfast as you do with every other hotel. But honestly I never eat the continental breakfast served elsewhere. I always end up buying breakfast out or going without.

I went to the buffet with my husband and friends and the food and service was awesome. The staff is really friendly and effective at doing their jobs. Since I am currently pregnant, they showed genuine concern for my well being, and constantly came to check on me. The bathrooms are kinda far away from the eating area though, but when I asked for a vomit bag, they happily provided me with several when we say down. Love them! Keep up the good work, guys!

Such a cool place! We stayed over on the way from Austin to Atlanta, and we're sorry we didn't get to spend more time there. They have restaurants with delicious options, and also a Steak n Shake and a Starbucks. Their pool area was so great too! They had cute cabanas with very comfortable seating. The pool felt like it was heated, and the hot tub looked great too! Great service, we were in and out quickly. Housekeeping was super friendly too, and the rooms were beautiful with an incredibly comfy bed. We'll definitely be returning!

Ken, the security guard, always remembers us when we come in. He greets us as if we were old friends. Like he's genuinely glad to see us. He's not the only one that's like that here though. I wish I remembered everyone's names! The lady who checks us in, she makes sure we always have a room with a view. The ladies at Starbucks remember us and exactly what we order- even when we haven't been there in months! It's amazing really, I don't know how they do it! How many people do they meet everyday, and remember? We've never used Valet, but the valet guys were even welcoming us back! All around great place!

Terrible management and first line staff. I give one star and I am being considerate. Corporate needs to raise their bar above a GED education for management hires. Made reservation at pool for cabana days in advance and yet they screwed the pooch. Almost called me a liar and when they realized they were wrong they did nothing to abate their problem or apologize for their rudeness. Just left the pool and not going back. You would think when someone puts their hands into your pocket they might smile at least once and maybe tell you the truth. Harrah's sets a low bar for customer service and satisfaction.

We really enjoyed ourselves. We try to go when we get the time off work so it only winds up being maybe once every 3-6 months. Everyone that works here is really nice and helpful with any information we may need. We would recommend if you have a chace to go visit.

Check in was a breeze. Employees here are very friendly and polite. I think the employees are the reason why people keep coming back to this casino. Every employee I encountered greeted my husband and I. They seemed happy with their job. The casino itself is alright. The casino floor is not that big, and there are a limited amount of slots. We had the buffet and while the food tasted ok, there wasn't much of a selection. Our room was not that great. It was, for the most part, clean. However there was a lingering mold smell through out the room. I think the hotel could you use some major renovating. The reason for my four star review is the professional manner and hospitality of the employees. I believe they deserve a better looking casino to work for. They out do the casino itself, and would be the only reason why I would come back. So basically you have a run of the mill dated casino with outstanding customer service.

We just returned from a 3 night stay with your hotel. The experience was great. Everyone from the front desk to the security personnel were so friendly. The room was very nice, good bed and the mini fridge just added to the convenience. The casino personnel was also very friendly and fast with their service. Would definitely stay here again.

Krista (casino host) was friendly, personality amazing and she made me felt welcome. Krista was knowledgeable. She is a great asset to Harrah's so therefore Krista needs a RAISE!! Antoinette ( room attendant) was prompt and friendly.

Never stayed at a casino resort before. Very pretty rooms and hallways. The hotel always smelled nice. Close to beach and resteraunts. Impressive pool. Casino not smoky and there is a 24 hour Steak and Shake to fuel up for those late night rolls. Spa, Starbucks, resteraunt, bar, and gift shop round out the amenities. Loved our stay. And we didn't have a beach view, but the view was still nice.

Can honestly say that I'm very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We are diamond members and we travel 6 hours, 4 times per year to stay here. We have an 18 and 17 year old daughter's that come with us to swim at the pool(which they love). This trip on Saturday morning at 10 AM, they were told that they could not be at the pool because they are not 21. On the pool rules billboard posted at the pool it stated no one under 21after 8pm. I showed this to the manager and she read the sign and sided with her employees. So I quickly checked out, got a comp room at the golden nugget, and my kids had a blast at the pool. Sorry Harrah's, you lost 2 diamond members this weekend. I guess the customer means nothing anymore.

Everything was great!!! Really enjoyed my stay there. The staff is very friendly & helpful at satisfying the guests. We hated to leave; but we had to come home. Loved it & as always I will be back. Thank you for put refrigerators in the rooms, love it ...a microwave would have made the room greater to a 6 star !!!

1st time there. It was a very clean casino and had a great selection of machines and table games. I would have given it 5 stars, had it not taken me 20 minutes to find the entrance. Highly recommend!

What a weekend!! With this being our first trip to Biloxi, we had no idea what to expect, but we are leaving very impressed. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The front desk made registration quick and painless. Security staff was vigilant and helpful. Housekeeping and maintenance kept everything functioning and impeccably clean. And everyone we encountered (not an exaggeration, literally, every single staff member . . . without fail) greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Equally impressive was the fact that while "high rollers" enjoy some additional "perks" like a special lounge and priority service among other things that I am not privy to, we were still treated with the same level of hospitality. We will definitely be back!! Side note: The pool is heated and there is also a nice sized jacuzzi; both are lit up with changing colors at night. Lounge chairs are plentiful, and towels are provided for guest use at no charge. There is a poolside bar that also serves breakfast along with more traditional bar fare like burgers, wings, nachos, etc. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that, for an additional cost, they have a handful of cabanas featuring cushioned seating, coolers and a mounted TV.

We get free rooms here, Sunday - Thursday. And I have to say, they've been updated. The staff is nice and easy check out process. But the casino itself is blah. But then again, this casino has been here for a while now. Well, since Katrina. It is just small I suppose. Drink girls are quick and everyone is nice.

I enjoyed my stay and unlike a couple of the other hotel/casinos in town I didn't feel like I was gouged at every turn. The hotel is easy to see and access from the street (you really can't miss it). From the moment I approached the door the staff was friendly and helpful. The desk attendant explained everything I needed to know and I was off to the room in a reasonable amount of time. The room was clean and modern. Nice bed linens, I'm not crazy about down pillows but otherwise the bed was good. The bathroom was nice, as you expect in a nice hotel. There were several lighting options which was a nice touch. The Starbucks and restaurant downstairs were good but not overly fancy. The casino was large and filled with updated games. Smoking is allowed but it wasn't overly smoky on a busy Friday night.

Got a comp in the mail for flight and room. Made reservation a month and a half before comp date, got a call two weeks before saying they overbooked flight and trip was off. This is no way to treat a customer as there are plenty of other casinos to patronize.

They tried to charge me extra for a gulf view room, but on the phone reservation two weeks prior to our arrival this upcharge was never mentioned. I had to wait 4 hours for them to review the phone call before I was allowed to check into the room. I didn't even get a apogoly. Bell service and Valet were courteous. Casino staff were friendly. Front desk experience was aweful, straight F. Slow, slow, slow, incompetent, rude, slow. Will I return, probably not. Hard rock down the street looked much much nicer.

TERRIBLE!! Room stunk, toilet had been used and not flushed. I was told that renovations had been completed and they were not. So, very noisy at 7 AM! Then fire alarm was stuck blaring!! 9 floors of stairs. Then at check out slapped with a $20 resort fee!
