Margaritaville is simply as good as it gets! My entire experience was excellent. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was warm and personable. I felt like I formed a relationship with the bellman, Russell. He was quite helpful and jovial. The casino looks and feels like a Vegas casino...It's by far the best gambling experience I have had in the Shreveport-Bossier area. The casino smells like gardenias, not smoke. The floor has lots of energy and a lot of friendly dealers. I wish I could remember their names, but unfortunately, the free drinks that were rapidly served to me have clouded my memory! The rooms were spacious, clean and had a fun tropical appeal. The TVs were top of the line, even though we didn't watch too much TV. Five star bathroom amenities were part of the experience as well. We did not eat at the Margaritaville Restaurant, but we did hang out by the bar. The specialty drinks were tasty and affordable. We were thoroughly entertained by the restaurant entertainment (beautiful women performing trapeze acts and pirates on stilts). They even served drinks in mini blenders, very cool! I will definitely be visiting again soon with my Dallas crew!
