I researched many places to help celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Siena looked very good online. I am sorry to say I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay in it again. Here are the following reasons. 1.When checking in felt like we were intruding. Also only received one key card. They never asked my name but were more than happy to use my credit card for all of the payment. When I did ask for a key card later they would not give me one without calling my husband for approval first. I am the one that reserved the room. 2. Elevator broke down on 2 different days. 3. Ran out of toilet paper one day 4. Ran out of kleenex 5. Ice machine out of ice 6. No coffee packets for 2 days, had to get them myself. 7. EVERYTHING was closed. We arrived on a Sunday and left on a Thursday. The spa was closed, no massage, all the dance places were closed. The nice steak house was closed. We had to find a nice place outside the hotel for our anniversary dinner. Which we finally got about 7:30pm After dinner we went back to the hotel they had one bar open, Rotunda, went to have a night cap and was told we could not start a tab because they were getting ready to close; it was 9:30pm 8. The roulette table closed 2 days even after we asked if they could open it. 9. Waited forever for a host to just seat us at the cafe. We seated ourselves and waited forever for someone to even acknowledge us. The food was ok. Now we will tell you we enjoyed the pool and hot tub area but only in the evening. During the day it was filled with children. The friendliest staff we encountered were the cleaning staff. They may have overlooked some of our items but they were very nice and seemed happy. During check out we were asked how things were and we mentioned it was somewhat ok. It was like they didn't care. They didn't ask if there was anything that was a concern. I have a suggestion for you! At the time of check in maybe you should ask is there a special occasion that brought you here. We did not feel anyone cared we were celebrating our 25th in the silver city.
