I give this hotel no stars. The Quad has always been cheap that is why my husband and I stay here, even though the customer service has never been good. However, this last trip does it; we will no longer give our business to such an inconsiderate company. When they informed my husband and I,after our rooms were booked that we would not have access to the pool. Furthermore, they would not provide any compensation for this complete inconvenience in the summer. The fact that we are returning customers, several times a year, makes this issue worse. When speaking with the Hotel desk manager, he informed me that The Quad never compensates for any inconvenience regardless of the guest. This upsets me. Knowing that other hotels that we have stayed in the past, have treated us better without any inconvenience. The Quad, recently changed its name from the Imperial Palace, is the last place that you want to stay. From the roaches that my friend encountered her last stay, to the old basic ugly room, makes the personality of this manager fit the Hotel entirely. My husband and I will never stay at this Hotel nor will it be recommended in the future.
