Noise complaint for room adjacent to ours. Starting at 12:30AM. It’s not like I was being unreasonable and asking for it to be quiet at 8PM. So I personally knocked twice to see if I could defuse the problem myself. No one answered the door. Called front desk they said they sent security but situation remained unresolved. Called a second time to either have security deal with it or move us. and the front desk said they were full and could not move us. Then the lady proceeded to say the first time security shows up is a warning and second time the guests will be evicted. So security came up a second time and my wife, our friends and myself heard them all laughing having a good time with security. Security left and nothing changed. I went to the front desk at roughly 01:45AM. When I went down there and told the lady what happened and “somehow” they had an open room they could move us to. It’s funny how they were booked up 30 minutes ago. You would think for $300 a night my wife, our guests and myself could get a decent sleep. But no help until I went face to face with the front desk. And all i got was to move rooms at 02AM and I was checking out by 07AM. Do not feel compensated. Very disappointed, do not recommend and will not return.

It's a decent casino. We like to use the parking garage for parking in the area. This specific time was for the Detroit free press half marathon.
Otherwise the people mover has a stop here which is convenient to get to other areas of downtown.
As far as the casino itself goes my wife and I prefer MGM. But still a fun place and even more fun neighborhood.

Loved it here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any and all of our requests. Price was cheap and rooms were extremely clean and organized. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice room for a good value. I got a great value and a very nice view of the city skyline.

New ramen noodle restaurant is Great! Came down to the casino for Christmas Day and ate at this newer restaurant. Good was great, prices reasonable and service fabulous. I highly recommend it. It is in the food court area which also looks great and offers great options after the renovation .

Getting better every time we go. Not so ghetto. Still a party hotel out of all local ones. Which is pretty cool. Food court has gotten way better. New ownership has improved this casino.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Ashtrays are emptied frequently. Free soda and water inside the casino. The prices for food and alcohol are reasonable. I hit 2 jackpots here in 1 night. I was super excited and will be back!

Really enjoy this casino, unique design with multiple renovated buildings combined together into the mega structure of Greektown Casino, makes for a very cool aesthetic as you actually walk between the buildings and can see old brick and exteriors from when they were separate. Beautifully done interior spaces and gaming floors, and the slots are a lot of fun to play. The free parking in their combined garage is a huge plus too, makes for very easy visits!

Place was super busy, but was clean, well lit, and had friendly staff. Had a strong presence of security which made me feel like they care about their patrons safety. Offered drink service but never recieved drink (that's why I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars). Many new slot options and a wide variety of table games. Definitely will return.
