It's so frustrating when it's just not my night at the casino my night. Every machine was devastating. $40 is a decent chunk, especially when it's dwendeled in a matter of minutes. 80~90% is the law of payout..... Not 8~9%.

Been going there since it opened until last week. I will never go back. Very bad staff members and the payouts are rare. I've got a better use for my money. Save your money, try a movie instead.

It sucks that they cancelled the Saturday match play promotion without notice. I wonder if the Pomo indian tribe is known for doing that? They deserve less than 1star!

reservation was booked online, front desk had problems checking me in (it was late and i was tired), staff did not know how to process my online reservation, there for i was made to wait in Lobby until they figured out how to prcess my online Travelocity Hotel reservation (very irritating).
I left cell phone charger in room, so i returned to Hotel (couple hours later, only to be told it was not there, eventhough they claim "everything" left behing by guest, is "always" turned into front desk by hotel staff (again, waited longer than necessay) only to be told it was not there.
My missing charger (ot the issue), the problem is having to wait and wait and wait for staff to figure out how to do their job. Understandable and acceptable when lobby is busy; however, i was the only guest at check-in and after check-out (ridiculous).
I paid (approx.) $270 for 1 night and 1 bed, my recommendation is find another place to stay so you don't leave feeling cheated, robbed and kicked in the stomach because of the HORRIBLE customer service provided or NOT provided at this place.
ONLY positive experience, came from HOUSEKEEPING! They were kind, friendly and very helpful, especially at check-out.

This place sucks I can't win anything at this place I lost 110 dollars in two hand's good thing I left with ten dollars I went and bought a ten dollar lottery ticket and won a 1000 dollars on that pretty sad when you have better odds winning the lottery then you do playing Texas Hold'em ?????????? I've done a lot of gambling there this month and my points haven't went up I haven't got any promotions in the mail in more then a year or better I was going to rent a room at the new hotel I got lied to and was told that check in was at 11AM and check out was at 4PM at this point I I doubt that I will be back to gamble or to do anything else at this place it's went down hill since Churchill's Downs bought the place before they bought the casino I won all the time there and it was fun even when I lost I didn't mind it because I new at some point I would win something I haven't won anything there in two year's but I sure have lost a lot

It was 1230am when we left and it was still full and there were still people coming in. Definitely make a reservation beforehand. It's online and it's free.
Everything tasted so awesome! It is an expensive place alright, but that money was money well spent. i have spent much more money on much, much worse food before.
The staff are very friendly and we loved everything they recommended.
Definitely going back here on my next trip to Montreal!

Gotta love the few budget tables on the floor for people who just like to sit around and lose slowly. Love this place, people are awesome and I feel like a winner every time even if I lose a few bucks ??
Some of the best promotions come from this place. Close to Red Rock, Rampart casinos. Great little area that is fun and the machines have nice payouts !!
