It's a friendly casino. Would like to see more incentives such as free play. It's too far to drive for 5 bucks every two weeks overall however staff is courteous and prompt. 4 out of 5 stars.
Our party of four was delighted with this place - well made comfort food served hot and fresh, friendly service and good seafood options. The baked stuffed shrimp were huge, almost too much to finish, and the scallops were sweet and perfectly done. Cocktails are limited to the usual ultra-sweet suburban options, but there are some good wines, without the Boston upcharge. Pleasant atmosphere with moderate acoustics.
I was knew when I went to visit a couple of weeks ago. They were rude uncalled for and didn't seem like they wanted my business at all. The person that was signing me up for a card seem disinterested in had come conversations with other people going on. She answered the telephone on two different occasions and just basically ignored me. It took 20 minutes just to get a Player's Club card. Very poor salesmanship. I will never go back. I'll go to Lucky Star when I get off 40 instead of going left I'll go ride
