Super slow service. Was out of what I ordered....so ordered fish and chips as an alternative. Bland is putting it politely. Billed me for both and had to have them correct it.
Waitress was very courteous and friendly.

We had a party of 15 people and the place was dead when we walked in at 7:30. Our waitress checked on us maybe every 20 minutes and it took over an hour to get our food. The waitress didn’t apologize once for the wait on our food but the manager came and apologized and offered to remove 2 appetizers that ONE person from our party ordered. I asked for her to consider that we are not all on the same bill and she said she would review the bill and get back to us. Needless to say we all paid full price and 2 hours later, bland food and minimal service we are still here...low and behold the appetizers weren’t removed either I had to ask what happened with that.

We live 10 minutes from the casino and my husband and I enjoy going and always have such a great time but every time we go to Amerisport, we get the worst service!!! EVER!!! Rudest bartenders...didn’t even know about the NCAA final four and were reluctant to put them on the TVs. Food was great but service was deplorable.

They have very good food there plus ice tea and soda and water and coffee and you can watch TV there why you are waiting for food to eat with your family and friends and have beer and wine and to drink with your food and water and coffee and soda and more everyday for you to pick from.

Great food, large portions but awful service. A group of 8 came in at around 8:00pm on a Sunday. It was slow and It was a chore to try and flag down our server to get drinks. Took forever for her to come back to take our food order. And you could tell that she did not want to be there. I hope when you go, your service is better than what we had.
