It's my opinion that these guys have dealers who are willing and able to deal you 'seconds' if so instructed.
Sure it's possible to lose 12 hands in a row...but when you know what you're doing... it's not very probable. Just saying...

All I got to say is that a lot of the dealers and management have been there for years and remained loyal and didn't dart to work at Ilani. That might tell you how friendly, welcoming and above all (since Ilani moved in): intimate. Hold Em player here but I love that High Card Flush game (I hope Ilani gets it). Food is solid. All in all: fun quiet environment to gamble in.

The employees are amazing and service is great. But their upper management lacks in knowledge of how to run a business and how to keep employees loyal

Years ago this place was pretty good. Good selection, food, and service. A steady decline in all three.

Table games sucked and would be nice to have a 2to 40 table for poker instead if only haveing structured bets

The service was good, the chicken strips basket was done perfectly. The chicken was moist and tender with crispy, non greasy breading. The fries were crispy and not overcooked. It was an enjoyable meal.

I've played here for a few years now and my feelings have always been about the same. Staff is hit and miss. Some dealers are friendly, personsble and upbeat! And some are just the opposite... players club does reward free play more often compared to other card rooms.
