We had great service here. The food was really good and the prices were reasonable. The wait staff and hostesses we're so nice and very accommodating. We went to 2 different Ciccino's restaurants (Waterloo & Geneva) in 2 days and they were both great! Both restaurants were wheelchair accessible. The Waterloo restaurant had handicap accessible parking - I am unsure of the Geneva restaurant as we didn't drive there
We came in seated promptly, lots of choices on the menu. Food is very large portions. Fairly priced. Our waitress was phenomenal, she knew the wines, food, and was able to give us a local flavor of things to do in the region.
A bit expensive, perhaps that is coming from someone who lived in Endwell for half my life. Very little in terms of quality separates the multitude of Italian restaurants there, except for price. Ciccino's is comparable, but doesn't seem to have competition here therefore they can be a bit more expensive.
Staff and food was great. Sat at the bar and ate a wrap and steak salad. Salad was huge loaded with premium veggies. Wrap was grilled which was nice. Onion rings were tge best I,ve had in some time. Rainbow cake for desert. Defiately worth fitting in and shared it with my date.
Great food with a friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Plan on a little extra time waiting for your food on Saturday nights as they seem to be busier. Overall a great place.
OVER-PRICED!!! The food is ok. The service is HORRIBLE. Expect to wait an hour AFTER you order to get your food. I don't think it is the wait staff. Once I asked for 2 kid's plates of spaghetti and meatballs. It isn't on the menu but the said they could do it for us. When the bill came they charged me for 2 adults orders of spaghetti and 2 orders of meatballs. I complained but they wouldn't budge. Not worth the time or money.
