Worse food ever lately at Bon Temps restaurant, too expensive and poor quality. Every time I went to eat, there was something wrong. The last time I went, the baked potatoes were crunchy!!! the spinach old, Tuna looked Yuk, and shrimp were old, dry and difficult to peel, crawfish smelled bad and were old too.
I came with a friend to Bon Temps to have a brunch on Sunday, March 26th 2016. It was crowded and many trays were empty and needed to be refilled. I love salmon but the tray was empty and stayed empty all the time. I asked the employee to fill it. Fifteen minutes later, the tray remained empty but she brought a small plate with salmon to my table!!! I found this ridiculous. What about other customers? I do not think I am the only person who likes salmon! Besides, the cocktail was nasty. Why the food is not constantly monitored??? Where was the manager??
I will definitely stop going to the “Bon Temps” buffet, that I would instead call “Mauvais Temps”. Casino Rouge and La Belle are much better. The food is genuine and fresh, the managers are friendly and do their best to make you happy, and their buffet is less expensive.
The “Bon Temps’” head-manager, who is also arrogant and rude, is too busy and instead of checking on the food and make sure the trays are always filled and everything is running smoothly, he would stand there chatting with someone forever or disappear…
Negative experience.
