My girlfriend and I went for our anniversary. We stayed for 1 night, mainly to take advantage of the pool amenities.
We made sure to get a room that had WiFi, unknowing that there was a $12 charge for every 2 devices. After paying and even talking with I.T. support to make sure, our internet worked great. The I.T. was on point over the phone. :)
Almost every staff member was great, EXCEPT the pool bartender Christopher. It seemed like his looks outwayed his personality:
He did not smile, even when I tried to spark interesting topics for conversation.
Then when I accidentally spilled my first drink, it seemed to annoy him and when we asked if we may have another and would we have to pay for it his response was, "We will cover the drink price this time, but normally we wouldn't because it wasn't our fault since we didn't spill it."
^This excuse wasn't needed and made us feel uncomfortable. It felt like we were an inconvenience to Christopher.

Everything else was great and we look forward to visiting again, maybe next time we will get to try their spa treatments. The spa looked nice from the lobby.
