Worst experience at a Harrahs property. Customer service is horrible. I called 7 hrs early and let them know that I was arriving a little late and the customer service representative confirmed that I would have my room when I arrived. Come to find out when I arrive my room was sold to another guest. So I wait for them to find me another room that will accommodate my son, his fiance, my grand daughter, and me. 30 minutes later and after multiple managers we get a room that has a king size bed and a pull out king-size bed, or so we thought. The room only had one bed and 2 love seats. So I called the front desk to get a roll out bed. 40 minutes later they arrive at my room door with a roll out mattress with a extremely large indention in it , no blankets, no pillows. At this point I'm furious. I'm just saying this ruined our night and I'll never stay at this Harrahs property again! Did I mention I've been a Diamond member for the last 8 years.... Wish I could do 0/5 stars
