We had to have our room moved because upon check in our room was covered in pet hair and there were half eaten sandwiches left unwrapped in the fridge. They moved us across the hall so we lost our ocean view. There is still dog hair in our room. Why they put us in a suite on the pet floor is beyond me. We have 5 nights comped due to our players status but did pay to be upgraded to a suite. As soon as we settled into the second room we realized the toilet leaked onto the floor. Maintenance fixed that. The water is over softened and slimy. I don't think we will stay at this resort again.
