Stayed one night to discover Las Vegas. Got a room for 4 people at the Flamingo just to have somewhere to sleep basically. Hotel room was clean and nice, but not luxurious in any way. Cons: - Toilet didn't work when we arrived. Went down to the concierge desk and they said they would send someone up. We had to make due and get ready to go out and they said it would be fixed within an hour. However when we came back later to sleep they still hadn't fixed it. No further communication from management that they had even attempted to fix it. - Couldn't use the pool as it had closed for the season. Couldn't use the gym either since it closed at 7 pm. - Casino floor wasn't anything special, boring compared to many other casinos on the strip. Pros: + The Flamingo was conveniently located on the strip so we could walk everywhere when discovering the rest. + Brunch buffet was really good. + Self service check in worked well. Summary: = Good for people/groups who just want to sleep there while exploring the strip and don't really expect anything more than a bed.
