Room was disgusting... Carpet was not vacuumed, bathtub was dirty, and glass sliding door leading outside looked like a kid sneezed milk all over. Which is kinda sad considering I was told the room had recently been remodled. After going pee the toilet almost over flowed but the bathtub vent saved it from flooding the floor because it started filling the tub with sewage. Maintenance man was a nice guy and promptly fixed that issue. But the hotel kept us in the same room and still charged the full price. At checkout I forgot aprox. $30 in snacks and beer on the bed. I returned 15min. later and house keeping denied seeing it.?. I got the deer in headlights look. Must of already enjoyed the beer because the room was done cleaned and the window still looked as if a kid sneezed on it. Now I know your not going to make everyone happy but house keeping standards are low. Even tho my kids enjoyed the pool area we will most likely never stay here again.
