Terrible, Dirty Hotel with Rude employees. At first we thought our room was nice but then questioned why they leave "Ear Plugs" No mention anywhere of the Train that runs behind the hotel. Our restroom was dirty and the shower toilet area door was broken and sticks to the door frame when you open it. The paint was peeling off the frame and wall paper was peeling in the restroom. One Elevator in the North Tower had Vomit all over it the first day on arrival and still there when we left(we used a different Elevator) Worst of all the parking for the hotel is barely enough for a restaurant let alone a 1000 room hotel. We returned at 10p to no parking, No valet on duty for that parking and had to park at another hotel (pay for it the next day) and walk back to our hotel 4 blocks. I mentioned all of our issues to the desk clerk on check out and her response was,"That's too bad" Really, "That's too bad" WTF kind of answer is that along with the dismissive attitude. I guess that's why you work off the strip. Definitely skip this place pay a few bucks more elsewhere.
