Honeymoon suite at The Palazzo!!
Here's what happened in the second part of our honeymoon at the Palazzo so you should think carefully before booking in that hotel. If you are paying around $300/night, you can expect at least a coffee maker at your suite "as most of respectable hotels would do" instead of going down and purchase a cup of coffee at the main entrance of the ground floor from coffee beans store.
Secondly, I found later on a sign "Attached a photo"in the restroom which mentioned that if you would like your linen to be changed, place the sign on bed..I have never seen at any of the hotels which i go to such a sign to change your linen..never. Unhealthy, unprofessional.
Another thing "in 3 nights, got one time room cleaned", when we found that our room wasn't cleaned, I asked the housekeeper on the next day about the reason, she responded that they leave at 5 pm!!
Also, if you trying to call the front desk, don't...it's useless, i try couple of times and i have been on hold for over 20 min. without a response.
All I can say, we wish we had gone anywhere else instead of leaving a bad memory for our honeymoon :(
