For years I gave been receiving the monthly mailer whether I had been there or not. Even when I lived in AK. I did not get one for this month and questioned it yesterday when I was there. I was told it was too long since I had been there. Not correct as I was there 3 days in April and spent a lot of money. Did not make during winter as I was in AZ for 2 months and roads bad here. I was then told I had to build up 300 points each day I visited which I have certainly accomplished. I had 8000 plus points which your girl said she didn't know where they came from??? These employees need to know their job a little better! Also your chances of winning even small amounts has decreased greatly. I always like going to your casino and have since it was no much more than a hut. However dealing with workers that are not competent is not acceptable! I would appreciate a mailer each month as before so I am able to use as I am can! Thank you.
