I paid for a room with two queen beds but was given a room with two full beds instead, and they refused to switch me. The rooms here come with no basic amenities. No coffee pot (unless you ask for one), no fridge and no microwave. I had to call the front desk 4 times over the course of 8 hours to get a coffee pot sent to my room, and when I brewed the first cup, the machine sprayed boiling water all over me. I reported it to the front desk, and no concern for my well being was shown nor was there any attempt made to replace the pot. The toilet continuously leaked onto the floor and despite multiple calls to the front desk, the problem was never fixed. The housekeeping staff rudely woke everyone in the room daily by banging on the door before 8am even though a Do Not Disturb sign was clearly posted on the door. When I actually called to request housekeeping, they asked us to bring the trash in the room out to them in the hallway.... This hotel also requires that you use their valet to park for whatever reason. Overall a very sour experience with this hotel and I definitely will not stay here again, nor will I refer anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere.
