Stayed at the Silver Star.The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!! When we got to the room, there were no pillows, took getting transfered 6 times on the phone to get me to the right place to ask for pillows. When I finally got the right person they were rude. Wanted to sleep in the next day, totally unable to do this due to housekeeping constantly slamming doors and people in the halls talking and loud. Same thing the day we arived. One of the rooms flooded down the hall and housekeeping was screaming up and down the hall and slamming doors constantly. And we had no window in our room.It was a non smoking room, but yet it reaked of smoke. Not good for people with asthma. Totally the worst experience ever!!! However, we have stayed at the Dancing Rabbit and it was one of the best experiences. Rooms were nice and it was peaceful. Only problem you had to drive or rude shuttle to get to the casino.
