Luxor Hotel and Casino

I stayed here for a conference. My room was on the 23rd floor in the pyramid part and it never got below about 78° in the room. I called maintenance and the guy explained that the a/c unit was small and it was just too hot outside to cool it down. His solution was to angle a fabric chair in front of the a/c unit to push what little air it was sending out towards the bed. Changing rooms was not a solution since they were apparently all that way. I was able to tolerate the heat and finished my stay there, but I would never stay there again. It's possible that if you stayed on a much lower floor it might be okay. Or, if you're there in the winter time.
