This casino is nice in many ways, but lacks in the customer service aspect.
They have no set protocol for addressing the needs of those with handicaps.
Example: someone who happens to be in a wheel chair gets a dial-a ride to the casino therefore has no one to assist them with moving chairs in order to reach a machine.
No employee reaches out in an effort to assist this individual. They keep walking on by waiting for a machine to hit in order to collect a tip."Yes, this is harsh but it's the truth nonetheless."
I have contacted the casino in an effort to address the situation. I was told that "The employees on the floor are too busy to pay attention to everyone who comes in. We do not have the ability to assign employees in order to assist everyone who needs help."
I hope they see their error and implement some protocol. My rating will change when this issue has been addressed.
