How hard can it possibly be to ask the front desk staff if they are still having their Friday night seafood buffet? The woman sighed and said, I THINK it's once a month and on a Thursday." Really? You're guessing? And you don't really know???? I went through their phone loop three times (always winding back with Hannah--who sighed each time). Finally, I assertively asked for someone who actually KNEW the answer to my question. Again. How hard can this be. She then forwarded me to a voicemail for the food and beverage managers who asked me to leave a message. Ridiculous customer service. The front desk should have a comprehensive calendar of exactly WHEN their premiere meals are. So annoyed.
