Terribly Uncomfortable. The room did not have A/C so we sweated all night. Apparently running the A/C makes the room warmer because they're running heat only. They failed to tell us on check in so we suffered all morning. We opened the window (all 3 inches) at 8am hoping to cool down and tried to get a few hours of rest before checkout, but no luck there, housekeeping dude with a thick accent was pounding on our door (despite the Do Not Disturb sign) at 9am ensuring we would not get to sleep in despite going to bed the night before at 3am. Took at shower in the morning at 10:30am and the water was lukewarm, with the temp fading to cold occasionally, what a joke, we cant even get a hot shower in this dump. Really?!? The service here is terrible, last night at around 9pm tried to call guest services and no one picked up after 10+ rings. Guy at the front desk was slow to check us in (no one else in line) and was not personable at all. The only good thing at Hard Rock is the Oyster Bar, but I'll never stay in this hotel again. We live in Sacramento and have stayed here a number of times in the past and it always seems like the service is lacking, but this horrible experience ensured we won't be coming back.
