Terrible, terrible customer service. They refuse to reschedule my Nov cruise out of Puerto Rico. My hotel cancelled my res due to damage. Can't find a hotel that can guarantee they'll be open in Nov & NCL doesn't care. Begged them for help & they said no. Begged them to let me pick another NCL cruise out of another port & they said no. Supervisor refused to talk to me. Told my consultant to tell me that's the way it is. Hurricanes aren't their fault but complete lack of compassion & understanding is. Avoid NCL at all costs. Won't accommodate you in a crisis. Will take your money and run.
