I have been to Harrah's Laughlin Property for July August and October 2017 It is 5:32 AM on departure day. I called for a wake up call at 10:30 PM to be called at 4:00:AM
I woke at 4:45 AM with no wake up call. I was just lucky I woke when I did because luggage pickup was at 5:15 AM and my luggage was picked up at 5:03 AM. I barely got my luggage to door of room.
I arrived Tuesday, October 10, 2017. I DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER THE WHOLE TIME I STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY SO COULD NIT TAKE A SHOWER THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE. I CALLED TUESDAY, THE DAY I ARRIVED AND COMPLAINED AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE BACK ON SOON BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTION. TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY I NEVER HAD HOT WATER. I called front desk and complained every day. To no one's surprise, I WILL NOT BE REURNING TO THIS PROPERTY EVER.
