Been coming here for years and normally a great experience but came down on Sunday night when they told us we can check in at 1. Wound up waiting until 4. Then they told us a bar we were going to served food. When we got there of course they didn't. Also tried calling the front desk with a simple question and no one answered and sat on hold for about 20 minutes until I hung up. Line to check in was unbelievably long. They used to be a lot more accommodating here. The service has definitely regressed. The harrahs hotels are not as nice but much easier to deal with
