It's an exciting and fun place to be just about any time day or night. The staff and management are friendly and kind to everyone that comes to the resort. They have great places to eat, dance, shows, promotions and celebrities. Great shops and candy store you'll feel so good to have visited to satisfy that sweet tooth. It's a great place for friends to unwind and play the games with chances to win big.

Hospitality and welcoming atmosphere People and the service which is completely understandable are always helpful in any means! Try your best to stay at least 2 days or more because of the surroundings are so welcoming. Plus there is so many things to see and do including slots and tables! The best time and the best experience that I have enable to receive in a very long time thank you! Harrah's and Caesar Enterprise have outdid themselves on this facility!

Spent three nights, my husband and I had a great time. The casino is clean, the staff are very helpful - from the casino staff to the housekeeping staff. Stayed in the Creek tower the room was nice but the shower was amazing. Would have liked if the slots paid back a little more - just so we could play longer, I really don't expect to win big. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harrah's Cherokee. I read a few posts about the food - we thought the food was fine. The buffet is a little pricey, but if you want a huge selection of choices this is for you.

Had a great time. Played poker and roulette, expect a generous wait for either at peak times. Staff were all great, parking was always available in the parking decks on a holiday weekend, the grounds looked great, and the facility was quite clean generally. We drove by the Wind Creek Casino on our trip in and based on the exterior there the decision was made that there was no cause to ever consider it over here. Definitely left in the red, but still totally worth it.

This place is awesome. There is heavy security and a lot of staff on duty at all times. Parking was simple and convenient to all guest and there is a shutter bus available to park and ride if you want. There are many hotels inside, restaurants, lounges to just relax, vending, and play areas. Most importantly, my friend misplaced the cell phone. The security assured us that it was a 99% chance that they would recover the phone but it would take some time. It was about 3am and we were ready to go, so we left. After we woke up and got dressed we went back to the place about 1:00pm. Soon after we talked to the security and went through proper security protocol the phone was returned. Thank you so much for taking care of your guest. This is by far the best experience that I have had at a casino.

This place is enormous. If you like to gamble with your money, I guess this is for you. The food was nothing to write home about and very expensive. We just stopped for lunch and try a couple dollars on the slot machine. Now we can say we've been there and can find something better to do while in the area, like watch the elk just up the road.

Nice casino, plenty of selection of slots, but they do not cater to their reward members like Hard Rock Casino and others do. We also saw a lot more people losing money on slots than we usually do at casinos. Highly recommend the buffet. It's a little pricey, but exceptional food!

Really great casino. Everyone that worked there has exceptional customer service skills and seemed to really enjoy working there. Professional and premium ambiance throughout the place. So much to offer from the bowling alley to the video game section, from the "slots" to the well staffed tables, fro the shops to the restaurants we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Very veteran friendly. Check it out for a great time.

I was staying as part of a conference. Everything was fantastic. Food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I opted out of housekeeping to get a daily $20 casino credit. Yet the housekeeper still checked on me offering additional shampoo and towels if I needed them.

Affordable beer prices, food prices high but comparable to other casinos, tight slots, don't even think about getting a room if you are middle-class... $450-500 night on the weekend, not much less during the week. Fun place to walk around though and people watch. The Essence Lounge is hopping at night. Cool venue upstairs for live concerts.

Not a gamer but I accompanied one. Great facility. Great staff. Great service. I just love all the public places to view people and the scenery outside. The balconies, the sofas and seating areas in the hallways are fabulous. My gamer had great fun though she did not break the bank. Had a super great comp room. Cherokee is a great town!

we was there at the Casino a few weeks ago, my husband and son went into the casino the old man that was a guard said our grandaughter which is 20 cant go in there which we said we knew that. He said she can go upstairs there are gift shops. So me my grandaughter her man and daugher in law went to the gift shops. Wow was we disappointed they only had 2. The stuff in both of them was sky high. So later our grandaughter and her man went to stand at the front doors cause we was all meeting there to go in a few minutes. She said the old man let her and her boyfriend stand there no where close to the casino. then shift change. a young women took over and went and check IDs on our grandaughter and her man. she said they cant stand there and she said she was waiting on all of us cause we was leaving. the women told her she cant go out that door and told her to go up some stairs where she had to walk a long time then she found a door and got out. she seen our car and her and her man sat in it. then the guards open the car doors and told them to get out it wasnt there car and she told them it was her grandpas they said we dont know that get out so they did. we can understand about them making them get out of the car but to leave inside where she was waiting on us and the women guard had her go upstairs and walk a long walk to get out other doors. im mean hubby and son one not even a penny and lost alot of money within the 45 minutes we was there. we will NOT go back. There is a Indian Casino in Michigan which is very very nice has all kinds of gifts shops maybe only 2 was high priced but the rest was reasonable prices. they had about 20 shops a place for kids and teenagers to play games, they baby sit for a small fee. we will go back to that one.

Restrooms smell like pee, food at the Chef Stage buffet was bad (more fat on my strip than meat and server got huffy and wouldn't cut a decent piece, shrimp mushy and not deveined, mussels had strong fishy smell, strawberry daiquiri was weak). I did walk away with $10 more than I started with at the penny slots.

Definitely a fun time. The new remodel is very nice and spacious. 5000 slot machines, 1000 seats for table games, and 8 or so restaurants. 3000 seats in the auditorium for good B-list acts. The only downsides are that you have to pay for drinks and the comps are stingy, but the odds are good and the rules lenient. I would put it ahead of some casinos in Atlantic City and ahead of Biloxi. Better than a few on Fremont Street as well.

The casino floor is huge and there are large variation of machines to choose from. On our trip we visited Ruth's Chris Steakhouse as we were celebrating my birthday. Our server was Jake and he was absolutely top notch and really contributed to it be a great night. My meal was in the top 5 best meals I've ever had and I can't wait to visit again.

My wife and I have been there several times since it has opened. We are both Diamond members so we stay FREE when we go up there. The Diamond lounge is also very nice with a nice food selection. We drive about 5 hours from Clayton NC . We always enjoy our stays at Cherokee. We also have stayed at the new Valley River casino in Murphy NC about 60 minutes away from the Cherokee NC location with nothing but good things to say about the Murphy location. Keep up the good work! I also want to send a big shout out to Abel Castillo…he is an awesome HOST at the Cherokee NC location and is always willing to help out if needed. Thank you, Brian & Fran
