Royal Caribbean Recent Suspension

Shortly after CLIA announced the U.S port suspension through September 15, Royal Caribbean proclaimed they'd resume sailing on September 16
Royal Caribbean guests whose sailings are affected by this recent change (sailings from August 1-September 15) have a few options.

1. Future Cruise Credit (Brand Policy)-  Guests may choose to have any paid cruise fare (upgrades) as 125% FCC. If a guest would like to take the FCC option, no action is needed from you or the guest. FCC will be generated by 07/31/20 If the guest would like to utilize their FCC on another cruise, and their FCC has not been generated yet, please reach out to your URComped host.

2. Refund (Brand Policy)-  Guests may choose to have 100% of their cruise fare refunded to their original form of payment. The guest may follow the link in the email they received to request their refundAs a reminder – refunds may take approximately 45 days after the submission to process.

3. Changing Ship and Sail dates- Guests may choose to move their suspended sailings to another voyage within the following guidelines. They must do this prior to 07/10/20.

    a. The chosen sailing must have availability and must be Caribbean or Bahamas itinerary.

    c. 2020 - Guests may choose to move to any voyage from September 16th to December (No holiday sailings included)

    d.  2021 – Guests may choose to move to any voyage in January/February

    e. The guest will receive the same stateroom accommodations - if the guest was offered an interior stateroom, the new voyage must also have an interior stateroom available to qualify unless the guest upgrades. Any upgrades will be protected under the previous upgraded rate as long as it is upgraded to the same category and the same voyage length.
