 Freeplay with Royal Caribbean

If you won Freeplay with Royal Caribbean, you may add it to any previous bookings or new bookings created by URComped. In order to do this please message your URComepd host and let them know which sailing you'd like to add it to. If you are a house customer of Royal Caribbean, meaning URComped can not currently book you on this cruise line, let your URComped host know, along with your C&A number. We will notify Club Royale, and Club Royale will add it to one of your reservations. If you do not have a reservation with Royal Caribbean at the time of winning, wait until you do to claim your free play. 

*Please note that if it has been over a year since you won, you may not be able to claim the freeplay to add to your sailing. So please add it to a booking as soon as possible. 

Onboard Credit with Celebrity Cruise Line

If you won Onboard Credit with Celebrity Cruise Line, you may add it to any previous bookings or new bookings created by URComped. In order to do this, please message your host and let them know which sailing you'd like to add it to. 
*Please note that if it has been over a year since you won, you may not be able to claim the onboard credit to add to your sailing. So please add it to a booking as soon as possible. 

Freeplay with Virgin Voyages

If you won Freeplay with Virgin Voyages, you may add it to any previous bookings or new bookings created by URComped. In order to do this, please message your host and let them know which sailing you'd like to add it to. 
*Please note that if it has been over a year since you won, you may not be able to claim the freeplay to add to your sailing. So please add it to a booking as soon as possible. 

Freeplay with MSC

If you won Freeplay with MSC, you may add it to any previous bookings or new bookings created by URComped. In order to do this, please message your host and let them know which sailing you'd like to add it to. If you've won more than once, multiple winnings cannot be combined for the same sailing.
*Please note that if it has been over a year since you won, you may not be able to claim the freeplay to add to your sailing. So please add it to a booking as soon as possible.

If you won Freeplay with Margaritaville at Sea, you may add it to any previous bookings or new bookings created by URComped. In order to do this, please message your host and let them know which sailing you'd like to add it to.

We’ve partnered with PENN Entertainment to bring you new prizes from different resorts and casinos every month.  In order to redeem, please message your URComped host and let them know the dates you'd like to redeem your prize. You must redeem within 30 days of winning and you can book up to 90 days out. 

*Please note this prize is subject to availability and is limited to excluding special holidays and blackout dates. Additional requirements may include a minimum or maximum of 3 nights stay.
