11/2/2023 - Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that its newest addition to the Prima Class, the new Norwegian Aqua, will debut out of Port Canaveral in April 2025. The ship will be part of the Prima Plus Class and will be 10% larger than its sister ships, accommodating over 3,500 guests, all of whom will enjoy new levels of outdoor space. 11/2/2023 - Royal Caribbean will be increasing the automatic gratuity rate by $2 per person per day, regardless of stateroom category. This change will take effect on November 11 of this year. Automatic gratuities are shared among staff members, including stateroom attendants, dining servers, and various behind-the-scenes positions. The auto gratuity applied to beverages and spa purchases, however, will remain at 18%. Guests with confirmed Royal bookings are currently able to book at the lowest rate and save money before the new rate takes effect next week. Learn more.
