7/11/2024 – The Las Vegas Mirage Hotel and Casino will be closing next Wednesday, July 17. Due to Nevada gaming regulations, the casino must pay out all remaining prizes on the casino floor before it closes. This means $1.6 million in cash will be won during what the Mirage is calling the “Progressive Finale Cash Giveaway.” Of this amount, $1.2 million is available in slot machine prizes, while the remaining $400,000 can be won at the table games.
