Never had big win, hear lots of negatives as far as reviews go and have yet to gain any real incentive to continue with the visits now and then but I will say this, they're slot dollars being actual FREE to play is a BIG plus on their behalf

It seems like you lose more money than you win. It takes all the fun out of going. I just wish I could win sometimes. I also have never heard of a VIP Casino Host until taking your survey, so not sure how to answer the survey questions.

We were here this evening and the experience was disappointing. It took 20 minutes for our first beer to get to our table after we ordered.. Bbq burger had very little bbq sauce, was overcooked, and the fries were cold. The food runner was horrible. She rolled her eyes and sighed everytime she brought food to our table. Our server was the only bright spot. She had a great attitude, even if she forgot the last drink we ordered.

Honestly a terrible business. Cant, or wont, accommodate groups over 8 people. Service is awful. Wait times are worse. Food is not bad but not good enough to go back for. If not for certain bands I would not bother.
